Joe is CEO and Head Coach of Values Coach Inc. which helps hospitals and other healthcare organizations build a culture of ownership on a foundation of values. He is the author or coauthor of 15 books on personal and organizational success, including The Florence Prescription: From Accountability to Ownership (third edition just released - now more than 500,000 copies in print) and Building a Culture of Ownership in Healthcare (with coauthor Bob Dent). He is a frequent speaker for healthcare associations and leader of hospital LDI events.
