With a Masters of Science in Trauma/Critical Care Nursing and an Executive MBA, I am able to combine science and evidence based practice with strategic and innovative business decisions to lead a hospital to superior outcomes, exceedingly satisfied patients and families, engaged and collaborative physician relationships, engaged and aligned managers and employees, and profitable margins.
I have a proven track record of leading both inpatient units and outpatient departments, and successfully implementing new service lines and programs, by coordinating cross functional teams.
